Sometimes it’s late at night and we forget to drink the water. We also forgot to recommend the following movie: In the Heat of the Sun (1994). In a very relevant way, it has a wonderful sense of place and time, conveyed through a coming-of-age narrative set a tumultuous 1970s Beijing.
